    The Bislig City Water District aims for service excellence through its core values that guide actions and behavior of all its human resource. The norm of all BCWD official and employees is geared towards establishing good better rapport relations with both the internal and external clients and performing exemplary service beyond expectation, taking into account Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees or R.A. 6713.

    The citizen’s Charter is a manifestation of that commitment to the public service. It serves as a tangible and easy reference for all front line service providers including those services provided to the customers in the field. This is how we all intend to serve best our customers and the public.
